BIGGEST blog post ever! Meet Jayden :) {Edwardsville, Illinois Photographer}

Let's just say I am dying to show her parents the rest of these photos. They are going to flip! Jayden was not the happiest camper but cute as could be the day of this session. I think I scared her with my camera and big lens. Halfway though I threw on my nifty fifty and she warmed up to me. I really think that cameras can be scary to kids so sometimes it is best to just let them do their own thing and capture them in all their cuteness. Okay, and does Jayden not have the prettiest brown eyes and profile ever. I am very envious of those long, luscious lashes too! Some girls just have it all!

P.S. This is an extra long post because I missed my blog while I was on vacation. I also have been very busy and am still behind on some post. I just though I would leave you a little cutie to hold my readers over until I catch up!

Rachel and Jessie {St. Louis Wedding Photography}

I had the honor of shooting Rachel and Jesse's wedding last month. I also had the honor of having Roger Smith of Roger Smith Portrait Gallery in Troy, IL along with me as my 2nd shooter. He and I felt so welcomed by the lovely wedding couple's family and friends.

But it was sure a whirlwind week for the couple. Only a few days after their wedding, Rachel joined Jesse and moved to Colorado. I know they are sure missed here in Illinois! I told them I am going to invite myself over next year when we head out to California :)

Rachel and Jesse, thank you so much for having so much love for eachother that it just pours out to all around you. God has blessed the two of you with eachother and an amazing future together. Much love, Amanda
