Baby C {St. Louis, MO Newborn Photographer}

Baby C is just oodles of beautiful baby rolls, toes and smiles. He has the most perfect little mouth shaped like a little heart. His black hair and perfect baby skin made my baby fever sky rocket. It was a dreary day but seeing him made me smile. I photographed all his sweet little baby features so that his mommy and daddy will forever treasure this precious time in his life.

I do have to admit I am a bit jealous is his beautiful mama! She has her body back days later and is looking gorgeous!

Old friend, beautiful baby {Edwardsville Illinois Children's Photographer}

I was thrilled to shoot M at such an incredible stage in her little life. Six months is so much fun. Her little personality was shining and those big blue eyes beaming with curiosity and life. You see, M is an old friend of mine's daughter.

Tami and I grew up together. I remember most of my younger days being spent at her house and calling her mom Aunt Bonnie. I remember playing with her and Bethie in the toy room with more Barbies than you can imagine and being entranced by the giant train set in their basement. Billy and Joey tormenting us and just being boys. I hold many happy childhood memories of us together. And now I am photographing her precious daughter. Sadly, after we left Good Shepherd, we went to different high schools and lost touch. But lo and behold, the wonderful world of Facebook reunites old friends.

I am going to plan a reunion of a girls lunch or something with our families to catch up. The short time I was at Tami's house was not enough time to catch up years of being apart.

Seeing the World through the Eyes of a Child {St. Louis, MO Photographer}

Time seems to pass by so fast that sometimes we forget to stop time, breath in the memories and the people around us and relax. Children don't forget. Children embrace every moment they have and smile, giggle, play, run and just be themselves. Grown ups (a.k.a you and me) forget to do this. We are constantly busy running kids around, working, cleaning, paying bills. We forget to soak in our blessings and enjoy what is around us.

These pictures below will remind you what it is like to be a child. You will see two parents so incredibly in love with these 4 little people that God has blessed them with. These children laugh, play, love and embrace life and all it has to offer. They are so much fun to be around and remind us to embrace life and enjoy it!
