The Godard's - Established July 2nd, 2011 {St. Louis Wedding Photographer}

I always love when I hear a couple tell me that they went to high school together but didn't really know each other or never dated. If I remember correctly, Becca told me she thought Aaron was mean. It wasn't until after high school that they fell in love ;) I always think it is so neat how you never know who is in our lives and what impact they can have on it later down the road. Or heck, even fall in love with them!

Becca and Aaron are truly kind and great people. When I met their families I immediately could see where not only their good looks ;) but great personalities come from. There is nothing better then photographing a wedding and leaving feeling like part of the family. I especially want to give a shout out to Keith, Becca's dad. Wow, he is truly an amazing person. I think he may be the nicest person on the face of the planet and I have never seen a father so in love with his baby girl.

And a HUGE thank you to Kristina Cipolla. Not only is she awesome to work with but her work is amazing. I used some of her photos in my blog post and I couldn't pick favs!

Happy Birthday Carson!!! {Belleville, Illinois Photographer}

My first session back from maternity leave was with Carson and his family. I think I fell in love with him and his brothers upon first glance. They are four of the sweetest boys ever. I bet Carson is glad he is walking now so he can get in on all the fun. It must be tough to only be able to sit and crawl with three older brothers. He is ready to run and have fun...and of course get into their toys and cause corruption ;)

He walked into the bathroom in the middle of the session and started to brush his teeth. I LOVE moments like this. These are photos that I would always treasure as a parent.
